Makevention Host Organization: Bloominglabs
Bloominglabs is Indiana’s first hackerspace (also known as a makerspace)!
Bloominglabs hosted the first Makevention in 2013 to bring together amazing and creative groups operating in Bloomington and its surrounding areas.
Bloominglabs is a community of makers, hackers, and DIY-ers who maintain a shared workshop, share skills, and collaborate. The space itself allows us to pursue projects we might not have the space and equipment for at home, and the members help keep it up. We also run various workshops and events to help one another and the wider community learn new skills.
Stop by the Bloominglabs booth at Makevention to see the talents and skills of their members and learn about becoming a member!
Public open hours every Wednesday 7:00-10:00pm.
All ages are welcome! Contact Bloominglabs: contact@bloominglabs.org.
Ways to get involved at Bloominglabs:
